About The Photographer |
| W Thomas Payne has been capturing his visions
of the world around him since he was 14 years old, when his high school
yearbook sponsor handed him his first 35mm SLR and a box of film.
He won his first award at 15 for his portrait of another student, using
makeshift filters to achieve a unique look. Over the next 3 decades, he has won awards for his event photography, urban landscapes, and photo journalism.
